Reflection

In this part, we had to write a reflection with a minimum of 200 words. In there, we
had to state what went well, and what we could have done better.

Lilian:
The EU Mind project was fun making. The cooperation between my group was
acceptable and way better than that between us and the indian V3A group. We
almost never used whatsapp and sadly I was ill on the day we had an online meet
with them. However they were polite and nice to us. The division of tasks was done
fair and everyone did about the same amount of work. If I were to do it again I
would check if the assignments were indeed handed in. Because we always handed
the assignment in too late because we thought that it already was handed in.

Niels:
In my opinion the cooperation within the group went quite well. We had a bit of a
rough start but quickly came over it and went on our way. Corporation outside of
our group did not go as well as we had hoped. Communication was poor and we
barely even spoke with each other. In the beginning we said hello and a few weeks
later we received a video, and that was it. We have asked once in a while how they
were coming along but either no answer or no help was needed.

Yannick:
In my opinion, as a group we worked quite well together and we did not have any
problems as a group in the beginning starting with the project was kind of hard but
when we were busy it went quite well and nearly no problems.
Working with our counterparts was pretty hard because of the lack of
communication between us but they also helped us and sent some useful videos.
If there is anything I would change about the way I worked on the project it would
be that I would start earlier with the project so I don’t have to do my part last
minute.

Tim:
In my opinion, doing this project was really fun. We did a lot of research and made a
really good end product. This was mainly, because we worked together really well.
We had a good plan, and everyone knew which task he had to do. Working with the
counterpart was kind of difficult. The two main reasons for this are the lack of
communication and that we worked much faster than them on the project. The lack
of communication was mainly because of the time difference. But furthermore our
communication went well and it was nice to work with them.
If there is anything I could change about the way I worked at the project, is to start
as a group earlier on the project, so we don’t have to make everything last minute.
I would also try to communicate more with the Indian counterpart, because that
makes the comparison much easier.
