Law against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations

The act also contains regulations to prohibit misleading representations.

For example, a seller is prohibited from making any representation by
which the quality or standard of goods is shown to general consumers to
be much better than the actual one so as to unjustly induce customers to
purchase. Any representation by which price or any other trade terms of
goods will be misunderstood by general consumers to be much more
favorable than the actual one is also prohibited.
