Subject: Request for Information under RTI ACT, 2005

Dear Sir,
I, Shivdutt Tiwari, S/O-Gangaprasad Tiwari, want to state that, kindly furnish me detail
information regarding such matter as I mention below:

I want to seek the Pay Scale Information ( including salary, Fixation and other benefits) of
Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh as on 31/07/2018 posted as Joint Director of Agriculture,
Rashtriya Jalagam, Krishi Bhawan, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

This is with respect to a judgement awarded by a 2 member bench of State Public

Services Tribunal, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow in the matter of Shivdutt Tiwari v. State of UP
(Claim Petition Number 1538/08)( The administrative order number W-290/12-1-11-WP
41/08), the matter was settled in favor of the petitioner by the tribunal with all the
consequential benefits including award of seniority and pay fixation entitled thereof
retrospectively wef 25.01.2005 ( which is the date when Shri RK Singh being the
petitioner’s junior had been promoted).

The RTI is aimed at getting information about the benefits, salary among other fixations
as provided to the Shri RK Singh as on 31.07.2018 ( which is the date of retirement of the
petitioner Shri Shivdutt Tiwari) as the petitioner and the RTI pleader has been given relief
by the tribunal in retrospect as against the violation of natural justice, it becomes
pertinent for the petitioner to get the aforementioned information so as to restore the
assured benefits for which the petitioner was entitled to, the documentary evidence
demanded would serve as a proof of claim by which any fixation or the difference of
salary and benefits can be reclaimed by the RTI pleader, hence it is requested by the
appropriate authorities to comply with the same at the earliest.

Please provide me all information regarding the same as I mentioned above.

Kindly provide me the details along with all the information, under RTI Act 2005. 

As per section 6(3) of the RTI Act 2005, In case, the requested information is held by
another public authority, I request the PIO to transfer the application or part of it within
FIVE days and immediately inform me about such transfer. 

As per section 7(8)(iii) and 7(3)(ii) of the RTI Act 2005 I request the PIO to 
Inform me of the particulars of First Appellate Authority.
