What are green meals?


Green meals are those that have a low environmental impact/footprint and contributes to a nutritious, healthy, and balanced diets
for present as well as future generations.
These meals include nutrition from both plants (fruits and vegetables which are an important source of fibres, proteins and
carbohydrates) and animals (main source of protein, minerals, essential fatty acids and include fish, milk, meat, poultry,eggs
and cheese)
