Express the meaning in simple essay of short functional written text in narrative, explanation, and
discussion form in daily life context.

Express the meaning and rhetorical steps accurately, fluency and acceptably by using variety of
written language in daily life context in narrative, explanation, and discussion.

D. INDICATOR

 Able to change the active into passive voice in many form of tense.

 Able to change the passive into active voice in many form of tense.

 Identifying the variety of sentences’ arrangement in a text in narrative, explanation, and


discussion.

E. OBJECTIVE

At the end of the lesson the students are expected to be able to understand/know the meaning, the
using and how to change the Active into the Passive Voice.

1. Teacher explains the material about Passive Voice and how to change some form of the
sentences into Passive Voice.

2. Teacher gives some examples of Passive Voice

3. Ask the students to do exercises, role play, and evaluation
