1) Reaction

1) Reaction
Refers to what Niloy perspective about the training.
Reaction of the trainee can be positive or negative.
If Niloy accepted the program then it will be
positive.
2) Learning
Level of learning identify judging effective learning.
Niloy have learned during the training. This type of
learning help trainers to understand which trainee
is really learning. It will submitted to the authorities
to understand the trainees.
3) Behavior
Niloy’s Behavior to the employees and other
colleges help HR Department and trainer to know
how much Niloy has learned through the training.
Niloy’s Knowledge and skills from the training will
be applied on the job.

4) Result
This Process may include several methods to access
the outcomes and effective program over time. End
of the training submitting all the performance will
get the outcome of Niloy’s Result.
NO. 2
Training can’t be alternative to academic
degrees. Because we have to develop our skills
and knowledge. There's lots of skills and
knowledge to be acquired such as presentation,
learning foreign language. If we don't get the
academic degrees, we are going to face lots of
problems in the future. There are so many
challenges to overcome, there are so many
creativity things that come to us without lots of
skills and knowledge to be acquired such as
presentation, learning foreign language. If we
don't get the academic degrees, we will face
lots of problems in future there are so many
challenges to overcome, there are so many

degrees we cannot overcome them so we have
to get our academic degrees first then we will
do training and then we can perform
complicated and challenging things to the job
sector. So an academic degree is a must.
Training will not be enough to complete.
