The meeting started as exactly 8:00 in the morning. The opening prayer was led by Lenima M. Gopez.
The singing of the National anthem was led Shirly Sipagan. To welcome the guests and participants was done
by Captain Hilario M. Dimalanta and Jasmin T. Genuino gave message to all the present in the program. The
first part of the program consumed 30 minutes. The presentation of the second part of the program consumed
the remaining time of the program. The program ends at exactly 11:30 in the morning.
