I have the honor to request your good office to cut three (3) mahogany trees from the trees I
planted many years back. The lumbers are to be used in repairing the rotten parts of our house and NOT
to be sold out.

Said mahogany trees are located in the lot of my father, Mr. GELACIO S. BLANCO (deceased)
located at Langagan, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan.

Attached hereto are the following to support my request.

1. Photocopy of Original Certificate of Title No. 5418
2. Certification from the Barangay Captain interposing no objection on the cutting.
