1. Overview

“Selection Tool” allows you to select a device such as an outdoor unit or indoor unit of a
Super Modular Multi system, Super Heat Recovery Multi system, Mini-SMMS system, and BMS
system. Using this tool, you can select a pipe according to the piping rules, automatically select
the indoor unit performance according to the requirements, and automatically create
piping/wiring diagrams and BMS system wiring diagrams.
The selection results can be exported as an Excel file for easy secondary use.

2. System requirements
The system requirements for this software are as follows,

The following runtime library is installed when Selection Tool 2010 is installed:

3. Installing / Uninstalling of the Selection Tool
This section describes installation and uninstallation procedures of the Selection Tool.

3.1 Installation
Insert the installer CD into the drive. The setup program execute ‘SETUP.EXE’ in the CD. When SETUP
is started, preparation for the installation starts. Wait for a while until the preparation is completed.

3.1.1 Welcome
When installation preparation process has completed, the Welcome window opens.
Click ‘Next >’.

3.1.2 License Agreement
The License Agreement window is displayed. Read the content. When you agree with the terms, select
“I accept the terms in the license agreement”. And Click ‘Next >’.

3.1.3 Customer Information
The Customer Information window is displayed. Enter ‘User Name’ and ‘Organization’. And Click ‘Next >’.

3.1.4 Destination Folder
The Installation Folder window is displayed. If the installation folder is correct, click ‘Next >’.
If you want to change the installation folder, click ‘Change’.

3.1.5 Change Current Destination Folder
The following Change Current installation folder window is displayed. Choose or enter installation folder.
And Click ‘OK’.

3.1.6 Ready to Install the Program
Ready to Install the Program window is displayed. Click ‘Install’.

3.1.7 Installing Software
The following window appears showing that the program is being installed. Wait for a wile.

3.1.8 Completed
When the installation is finished, the following window opens. Click ‘Finish’ to exit the installer.

3.2 Uninstallation
If the Setting File Creation Software is running, exit the application.

Select ‘Selection Tool’ on the Add or Remove Programs window in the Control Panel within Windows.
And click ‘Remove’.

The following confirmation dialog box appears. Click ‘Yes’.

The following window appears. Wait for a while.

When the uninstallation is finished, this window will close automatically.
