II. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH

a. HSE Commitee : used this event for first aid traning or health talk and dont miss it
about attendance list and topic & summary. Make medical bulletin.

b. Food Hygiene and Housekeeping Inspection: Used tracking and planing,

c. Food Container Inspection: please used tracking and planing

d. Pest Control Program: When last conducted & when to be continued, how
effective .

e. Water Quality Analisis (water sample) : You should send the water sample
everytime arrived in new location. Follow the water sample procedure

f. MCU report : Please make sure about validity.Its zero tolerance for emplooye who
have invalid MCU on board.
