    LIVING ANATOMY

    LOWER LIMB
    Bony points:
    1. Around knee joint
    2. Around ankle joint

    Joints:
    1. Demonstrate movements of hip joint
    2. Demonstrate movements of knee joint
    3. Demonstrate movements of ankle joint
    4. Demonstrate movements of inversion & eversion

    Muscles:
    1. Demonstrate action of quadriceps femoris
    2. Demonstrate action of gluteal muscles
    3. Demonstrate action of hamstrings
    4. Demonstrate action of calf muscles
    5. Identify the various tendons e.g. Extensors, Flexors etc.

    Artery:
    1. Palpate femoral artery
    2. Palpate dorsalis pedis artery
    3. Palpate posterior tibial artery

    Vein:
    1. Demonstrate lower limb vein for I.V. medication

    Nerve:
    1. Palpate common peroneal/ fibular nerve
