Greetings!

This is in reference to your obligation to the undersigned in the

amount of One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos
(P1,720,000.00). Please be reminded that since you acquired the
obligation, you failed to pay the loan or any installment thereto.

May this serve as my first and final demand. Please settle the
account within 30 Days upon receipt of this demand letter. Failure to do so,
the undersigned would be constraint to seek legal remedy against you on
an appropriate court.
