Advisory Councils
Province of Cagayan

Cagayan Advisory Council acts as an Advisory Body that will provide the much needed
external perspectives and guidance on the key issues and concerns in the PNP.
The silhouette image of a yellow bird represents the Gold Eagle Award wherein majority of the
Municipal Police Strategic Management Teams (MPSMTs) especially the Provincial Police
Strategic Management Unit (PPSMU) is a recipient.

The blue circle with the map of Cagayan and vector images of people represents the Advisory
Councils of the entire province. The councils are known for their integrity; excellent leadership;
model in transparency and good governance; advocate of human rights & transformation; and source
of synergy. Moreover, color blue conveys a sense of trust, honor, and understanding.

The phrase "Committed to Service" represents the willingness and unending support of
Advisory Councils on the programs, projects and activities of the Philippine National Police
(PNP).
