    Dear Ma’am:

    The BFP Mandaluyong is planning to hold an Organizational Development


    (Team Building) on ______ April and _____April 2017 at __________. The team will be
    divided into two groups so as to have a firefighting manpower in our AOR on the
    specified date. The activity aims to develop team work and harmonious relationship
    among BFP Mandaluyong personnel.

    In this regard, the undersigned respectfully request 2 service vehicle bus or van
    which will be used for transporting our personnel from Mandaluyong Fire Station to the
    point of destination and back to station premises.
