1 Final Assessment 40% § This assessment will cover all the chapters in the course syllabus.

§ Online Quizzes will be conducted online (via any online platforms or apps).

§ Two Online Quizzes will be given: Online Quiz 1 (10%) will cover Chapters 1-5. Meanwhile Online Quiz 2 (10%) will
cover Chapters 6-10.

§ Format of questions: True or False; Multiple Choice; Fill in the Blank or Short Essay.

§ Choose ONE (1) HRD related topic/issue from the newspapers, magazines, textbooks, journals, online or printed
articles etc.

§ Prepare a short video and make sure it should not exceed 7 minutes in length.

§ Please use your creativity to produce high quality, informative and attractive video in order to get good marks.

§ Conduct/organize an online training program by applying the basic process of training as well as concepts, principles,
techniques/strategies and methods pertaining to training and development that have been learned in online classes.

§ Record the training video and make sure it should not exceed 30 minutes in length.
