associated with compensation and benefits. Thus, student required to search information
on compensation and benefits issues from various sources such as articles, newspaper,
or magazines.

Assignment Requirement:

1) The report should content below topic:

 How does issues affect organization performance?
 How does issues affect employee performance?
 Conclusion and recommendation

2) Format of the report

 The discussion must be word-processed, 1.5 spaced, Times New Roman font,
size 12, not less than 10 pages and no more than 15 pages in length.

3) Your front cover should indicate:

 Title of the assignment
 Name of all group member’s
 Student ID
 Group

4) Date of Submission: 21 Dec 2020. Report submitted after the deadline will not be
considered.
