INTRODUCTION

1. Main idea: What is the main point that you get from this article?
In this article, worker benefits from supervisor effective communication, as well as how
communication effects other elements inside the firm because it fosters change, such
as strong communication, communication obstacles, and work performance.
Communication is essential to all functions of organizations and the main key to
cultivation of an efficient working environment is through coordinated communication.
Effective communication results in a better working environment and happy workers
will perform their utmost thing and stay with a company for a longer period of time. In
my opinion, successful leaders are excellent communicators and role models for
others. Developing effective communication and leadership abilities can assist ensure
that supervisor provide the type of leadership that business colleagues require to
succeed. Great leadership communication abilities may build trust, motivate team
members, and help them become as successful as possible.

2. Factual Summary: Write a five sentences summary of the article. (You may include
significant ideas, places, and people).

This article's summary, leadership effective communication help team members set
realistic bonds and building a deeper sense of community. Leaders must be able to effectively
communicate in a range of forms with all types of people, including interacting among
teammates to maintaining leaders informed about operations. Perhaps there is some
significant advice about creating effective communication arrangement.

The aim of study is to investigate the effect of supervisor contacts on job satisfaction
in the automotive repair industry. Al Majid Motors distributes the KIA vehicles at ten service
and twelve distribution facilities and the service is acknowledged by loyal customers. This case
study using qualitative intensity rather than quantitative survey primary data collection where
it evaluated efficacy and satisfaction aspects on communication strategies. A clear and open
communication helps everyone understand their individual tasks, priorities, and goals.
Communication is a never-ending process either positive or negative outcomes in terms of
community involvement and worker integration.

3
Communication is an essential part of everything. It enhances the level of job satisfaction.
Good communication skills are required for business to success. The adoption of wide range
Communication strategies must be done in order for information to be revealed.

Interaction due to the consequences an understanding of communication issues and

problems. Lawerance et al. (2005) identified a variety of communication barriers, including
behavioural, practical, economic, environmental, cultural, and perceptual barriers. Job
satisfaction worsens as communication satisfaction drops. Since there are barriers, other
relevant variables suffer as well.

Job satisfaction is complex and characterized as an attitude. Work satisfaction

happens as a result of communication satisfaction and a direct supervision style which include
communication satisfaction (Lopez 2010) and managers' communication tactics (Fix & Sias,
2006). (Fix & Sias, 2006). Workers are unsatisfied when there is a gap and a reduction in
effective communication. As a result, misinterpretation of the intended message through
nonverbal communication may occur.

It is critical to examine work-life communication practises, particularly how supervisors

communicate. Madlock (2006) investigated which conversational method supervisors used
had the greatest impact on employee satisfaction. The study found that communication skills
had a greater impact on job satisfaction than nonverbal immediacy. Butts et al. (2010)
concentrated on job satisfaction while identifying managers' communication styles. There is
no style that corresponds to job fulfilment. Fix and Sias (2006) emphasised employee views
of the supervisor's use of person-centered communication style.

CONTENT
Analysis:
a. Method
To accomplish consequences of what level of occupation fulfilment among representatives
and to comprehend if there is a connection concerning chief correspondence approaches and
worker work satisfaction at KIA Motors, Primary Data Collection Methods, and Literature
Review, Secondary Data are gathered to be considered and related to those of different
investigations to additionally group potential examples that help trustworthy proof. Perceptions
alone appear to be adequately not to instigate an answer and aftereffects of the examination.

Survey – Primary Data

The survey utilized for the assessment was an adjusted adaptation of a correspondence
fulfilment scale and a work satisfaction measure utilized in a Madlock (2008) study, as
indicated by the article. This variant of the Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire was
gotten by Madlock from an earlier report by Downs and Hazen (1977). It is basic to stretch
that all study results depended on the impression of subordinates. Quantitative information
examination will help with deciding the effectiveness of correspondence strategies utilized at
KIA Motors. It is basic to stretch that all overview results depended on the impression of
subordinates. Likewise, four up close and personal meetings with two phases of the
progression were attempted. As opposed to the quantitative study's principle information
assortment, the meetings added subjective profundity. The meetings zeroed in on the previous
and administrative correspondence procedures, while the study zeroed in on correspondence
viability and occupation performance. Representatives were given the alternative of choosing
a rating of the level of understanding or conflict on a reaction scope of 1 to 5 focuses utilizing
a Likert scale.

Writing Review – Secondary Data

Powerful Communication

Powerful correspondence is basic in hierarchical culture, and it depends on a complex

methodology that cultivates trust, mindfulness, relational, and proficient connections.
Therefore, there is an unmistakable system set up, and representatives can follow headings
effortlessly, bringing about work fulfilment. (Barrett, 2006) Hargie et al. referenced that
incredible correspondence is an imperative viewpoint in making in general progress as far as
fruitful connections and authoritative achievement. As recently expressed, the arranging,
putting together, controlling, preparing, and coordinating capacities encourage a
multidimensional model of successful correspondence through managers. Thus, numerous
methods of conveying data to subordinates, for example, composed, verbal, and nonverbal
correspondence, should be utilized for correspondence to be successful. Supervisors should
dominate these abilities to convey their correspondence examples to representatives in an
unmistakable, predictable, and excellent way. (Richason, 2012).

Correspondence Barriers

I do concur that understanding correspondence obstacles is a significant advance in

guaranteeing effective correspondence among chiefs and representatives. Disposition,
specialized, cutthroat, physical, social, and perceptual constraints were featured factors lead
to a decrease in correspondence fulfilment, which prompts a decrease in work satisfaction.
Because of the presence of limitations, all things considered, representative work fulfilment,
just as other associated models like worker execution and responsibility, would be affected.

Occupation Satisfaction

Correspondence performance and managers' correspondence styles are the arbiters of

components bringing about work fulfilment that is remembered for some investigations that
are associated to the current examination (Fix and Sias, 2006). From the viewpoint of the
workers, disappointment due to a correspondence hole and decay adversely affects work
achievement. Thus, confusion of the expected message is conceivable, particularly when
nonverbal correspondence is included.

6
Connection Between Supervisor Communication and Job Satisfaction

Correspondence ability greatly affected subordinate work fulfilment than nonverbal

promptness, as indicated by the examination. By deciding administration correspondence
style, Butts et al. (2010) zeroed in because of directors' correspondence style on worker work
performance. Therefore, the association's apparent culture improves, just as its general
adequacy.

Different exploration took a gander at different parts of correspondence

implementation to see which of the segments adds to add up to work fulfilment. While prior
research has zeroed in on the connection among correspondence and by and large work
satisfaction, none has taken a gander at the effect of correspondence on an assortment of
boundaries. Administrator subordinate correspondence is open not simply as far as sending
and getting messages, yet additionally as far as nonverbal motions like speaking with eye
stare, which managers use in their connections with subordinates.

b. Findings

Workers were approached to rate their degree of satisfaction with the association's
correspondence and the viability of its specialized devices in the examination piece. As
indicated by the discoveries, 52% expressed that the association's interchanges are drawing
in and supportive, and 42% said that casual correspondence is proactive and precise. CMCIM
(Computer-Mediated Communication Interactivity Model) is a correspondence model that
depicts and conjectures how relational intelligence improves correspondence quality or
effectiveness in a major gathering, bringing about expanded usefulness. I concur with the
technique since it shows how successful correspondence can be accomplished by means of
the utilization of significance of correspondence and adequacy.

Positive correspondence approaches were additionally upheld by examines conveyed by

Kawai and Barrett (2006), which found that directors invest the greater part of their energy
speaking with their workers fundamentally through verbal and vis-à-vis settings and that they
imparted continually for the duration of the day, representing 70% to 90% of their ordinary
undertakings.

7
As indicated by the meeting with Supervisor X (Appendix A), his correspondence style and
backing improve his representatives' work fulfilment levels. As per a meeting with Supervisor
Y, he asserts that his correspondence style and help improve his staff' work happiness.

As indicated by the discoveries of the investigation, the manager's correspondence style

helped work fulfilment at KIA Motors, and effective correspondence brought about the
arrangement of advantageous connections. As indicated by a meeting with one of KIA Motors'
business chiefs who reports to Supervisor X, he is happy with his administrator as far as
viability. The boss' correspondence style, as indicated by the meeting, is verbal up close and
personal correspondence, which well affects work satisfaction. The worker says that their
administrator's correspondence style is in an easy going way, which is useful as he would see
it.

All things considered, the bosses accept that their correspondence style and backing propel
workers and advance occupation fulfilment; they additionally accept that vis-à-vis
correspondence is the best way to deal with associate with and send messages to their
partners.

CONCLUSION
We choose this article to see if communication can affect the relationship between
supervisors and peers. Throughout this article, we can see how supervisor oversee
performance of worker with the right communication method to achieve organisation
goals and this topic it relates to chapter 2. If we were to ask the author, we would like
to ask, if it is possible for us to achieve the perfect performance and outcome using
the right communication method as a manager towards their employees.

OPINION/RECOMMENDATION
Most organisations are established for profit. Therefore, the process to generate profit
must be integrated including the components of organisational structure, technology
application, systems and procedures development, human resources and
organisational culture that exist in the company. If these five components can be
coordinated effectively with an efficient communication process, all the information will
be sent may be received clearly, correctly, in completely and directly.

Methods that are applied, we believe it is suitable to do a survey and interview to apply
the theory that KIA Motor has research on as a secondary data. Although, the findings
may not be the final answer, we believe it is better to continue the study annually to
see the pattern of the supervisory communication skills, that helps to enable them to
track down the employee’s job satisfactions level.
