- Create a “script,” with the help of
my Teacher Mentor, to deal with
specific issues that can arise in the
classroom
- Behaviours are to be addressed
equally, regardless of student, so
students understand both the
consequences of their actions and
that each student matters equally in
my classroom
- Remind students of the set
consequences for their actions
- Use clear language when addressing
when students are able to
collaborate with their peers, use
technology, work independently,
etc.
- Encourage leadership and
responsibility in the classroom
- Seek feedback and advice from
Teacher Mentor
- If students are kept in a well-
structured classroom, the timeline
of my Long-Range Planning should
remain relatively stable;
achievement of maintaining
consistent and effective classroom
management will mean that
everything planned will be covered
in class.
- Students will demonstrate that they
feel safe in their learning
environment to continuing to build
relationships with both me and their
peers
- Students understand the
consequences of their actions in the
classroom, and these consequences

continuous; fair and consistent days of classes)

something that will be “achieved”
once, but rather exemplified each
and every class.
- The end of my internship
(December 18th) will also be telling

management is consistent, then
lessons should stay (relatively) on
track.
