REVENUE OPPORTUNITITES
FAN CUTOUTS
Work with Fan Cutouts to provide fans the opportunity to be in the “stands”
Take an individual photo of each fan cutout in stands and send it to buyer as a
thank you for your support, by end of season
Can put a corporate partner on them as well
Take a “donation” for the cutouts to be in the stands
LAWN SIGNS
Proud supporter of UMass Football lives here (Patriots are doing – seen in town)
Ask fans to send in a photo of their lawn sign proud with the zip code of where
they live. Will create a graphic map showing all the locations signs are
Corporate partner could be on it
VIRTUAL SEASON TICKET MEMBERSHIP
Fans buy into opportunity to participate in a variety of experiences at home
Will include their streaming subscription (if possible), emails, gameday timeline,
gameday mix, home gameday prize pack, digital yearbook, and zooms with staff!
VIDEOBOARD MESSAGE
Fans can pay to have a videoboard message during pregame/warmups, halftime,
timeouts, etc. – messages can be directed to the team, coaches, SA specific, etc.
Can be either video message (small upcharge) or a message via text
BUILDMASS T-SHIRTS
With the season coming back, launch a t-shirt sales promotion with a slogan or a
tagline on it
Can do it through Giggey or Campus Store and work with them from Athletics to
get a commission (Family Weekend doing so and getting 15%)
Can be either video message (small upcharge) or a message via text
$15 for video | $10 for text (doesn’t cost us anything to do)
DEPOSIT CAMPAIGN – already run
For those who placed deposits, ask to turn into Gridiron donation, rollover to -21
Call all the people who had not placed a deposit and see if they will or would be
willing to make a donation in their ticket deposit price amount

GAMEDAY OPPORTUNITITES
CROWD STADIUM NOISES
Fans submit videos of themselves cheering / chanting etc.
Play in game after big plays / excitement etc.
Utilize for in venue (for team) as well as crowd noises for TV and Radio
SPONSOR FULLFILLMENT – PA Announcements
Work with broadcast team to write a “script” for radio and or TV/stream similar
to that of what the PA would be doing in game

Isenberg Opening Drive
Modify in game promotions and turn them virtual wherever we can
Virtual T-shirt Toss
Honorary Captains (use photo of them on social)
Live Tweets
On social media in game – can provide static graphics for sponsor PAs

Provide gameday timeline for fans to follow along at home

Use a previous recording of the spirit squads performing pregame / fight song
Get new recordings of them doing fight song via zoom / fight song, and other
gameday traditions (Hey Baby, Land of 1000, Eat Em Up)
HONORARY CAPTAIN
Recreate honorary captain scenario / graphics and just post on social to announce
results of the coin toss
Could be a Jr. Captain or any fan (could be a way to thank local heroes)

FAN OF THE GAME SPOTLIGHT
Anyone who buys a virtual season ticket membership has the opportunity to
become the Fan of the Game
Profile them on social media (sponsor opportunity) and ask them some questions
about their fandom, etc.
Can talk about it on the radio broadcast too
Can we zoom into them watching at home?
HOME SEATS
Show us how / where you are watching the game at home
Send in photos of your set up and we will feature you in game on social media
GAMEDAY GEAR
Show us your best gameday at home outfit
Collect all submitted photos and post on after the game
“Thanks to all of our fans for their support”
Could be presented by UMass Store
VIRTUAL T-SHIRT TOSS
RT for your chance to win a t-shirt
Randomly pick a winner, get their mailing address and size and send them a shirt
Could do a few of these in game (use sponsor t-shirts and or our t-shirts)
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Game preview – send morning of gameday
Include what to look for / ways to engage on social media
Gameday timeline sent out – tell fans to participate with us from home
FAN INTROS
Fans can submit a recording of them introducing the roster of players each game
Will get a recording for every single player and will play on the board with their
headshot (will just do static graphics) or reuse what is created for social
