University of Massachusetts Athletics June 2018 - Present
- Oversee marketing, sales, promotion, and fan experience elements for all 21 sports and department events
- Serve as primary marketing contact for football and ice hockey
- Coordinate, execute, and direct game presentation for football and ice hockey, while overseeing in game
experience for all other sports
- Grew hockey season ticket sales by 38% and hockey group season tickets by 35% over 2 year span
- Supervise full time staff members in fan experience and ticket office units, as well as student staff cohort
- Responsible for oversight of spirit programs, including serving as cheerleading administrator
- Work collaboratively with creative services department on development of videoboard content and
management of game production personnel
- Collaborate with UMass Sports Properties on the marketing and fulfillment of sponsored assets
- Innovate, develop, and implement fan engagement opportunities during COVID-19 pandemic to maintain
connection between athletics department and constituents despite prohibited in-person activities
- Foster student and community support through grassroots marketing efforts, relationship building,
reciprocated involvement, and brand awareness
- Work collectively with communications and development offices to create social media content that drives
sales, engages fans, builds brand awareness, and heightens connection and investment of programs
- Primary point of contact for SAMYS (student-athlete moments of the year awards) and auxiliary events
- Develop sales plans and strategy for football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and ice hockey
- Constructed community outreach program and oversee management thereof
- Provide as athletics’ point of contact to all campus partners on events, collaborations, and communications
- Negotiate all marketing media advertising deals with both traditional and digital marketing
- Activate advertising assets including television and radio commercials, newspaper advertising, and social
media campaigns for all revenue generating sports
- Facilitate student internship program, Militia Student Rewards App, email marketing, and sales outreach
- Manage sales and fan experience budget within athletics, as well as separate university football budget
- Primary point of contact for videoboard installation process, training, and implementation at two venues

High Point University Athletics February 2017 - May 2018
- Oversaw, developed and implemented marketing efforts for all 16 Division 1 varsity sports including
marketing plans, advertising, in game production, giveaways, and promotions
- Initiated and strengthened relationships with local youth teams through season tickets and packages
- Conceptualized the Panther Preview, a weekly newsletter to all constituents and stakeholders
- Cultivated a season ticket campaign to increase season ticket sales, and awareness of ticketed sport programs
- Identified and solicited new corporate partnership prospects to maximize revenue generation
- Initiated the restructure of Purple Reign, the official student section, resulting in additional revenue to the
Student Excellence Fund, further serving as unrestricted money
- Supervised and trained 20 student workers, while creating a formalized internship program
- Formulated relationships with radio, newspaper, billboard, and television stations to actively execute the
advertising plan branding HPU as High Point’s team

- Set Ohio Football all-time season ticket and revenue record, increasing season ticket sales by over

- Set Ohio Basketball all-time season ticket record, increasing season ticket sales by over 4%
- Generated individually over $70,000 in football season ticket and group sales revenue
- Engaged youth football, corporate and community groups in Southeast Ohio
- Managed O Zone student fan group, resulting in an over 21% increase in paid memberships
- Led student marketing initiatives for football and men’s basketball
- Served as primary marketing contact for all student marketing initiatives for all sports
- Oversaw and managed a staff of 21 interns for office hours and athletics events
- Created all graphics and print materials for football, men’s basketball and all student initiatives
