Dear Ma’am,

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my work as saleslady. Me and my
family will be going to Manila on the second week of December. Unfortunately, we will be staying there
for months.

My last day will be December 12, 2020 , Saturday. Despite having to leave, I deeply appreciate the
opportunities you’ve provided me during my time as saleslady. I am very grateful for all of your
assistance along the way. And I’ve really enjoyed working with my fellow colleagues which I will certainly
take with me throughout my career.

I wish the company continued success and blessings. I hope also to stay in touch in the future. Many
