Should a friend be from a same social class which you are from?

Friends are one of the most important persons in our life. We need them when we are in need
even if it’s material or spiritual. But there are some problems that we are ashamed to tell them
when it comes to money.

Personally, I think friendship is stronger than finances. It means, no matter how much is your
salary, it can’t define you and your friends. I think having a friend from different social class can be
beneficial for both of them. They are able to see how other part of people live and help them
understand that no one is perfect, everything has advantages and disadvantages.

However, it may cause some problems. When you are rich you spend money more freely and from
poor people’s eyes this might be irritating. Also, there is a risk of envy from one another.
Nowadays, either we want or not money matters but it’s up to us how we use this subject. Either
we let it define us or not.

To sum up, a friend is a person who will understand your problems and help you to solve them. If
you feel like yourself around them, then nothing can interfere your relationship.
