*Power Rating: The case temperature is to be used for

purposes of establishing the maximum applied power. See
Derating Curve. The case temperature measurement is
made with the thermocouple contacting the bottom
insulated mounting surface of the package (center of
bottom surface), the device mounted on a heat sink,
thermal grease applied at a mounting torque of 8 in-lbs
(0.90 N-m) maximum. Without a heat sink, when in free
air at +25¡C, the MP916, MP925, MP930 and MP850
are rated for 2.25 watts, the MP915 is rated for
Temperature Coefficient. TC taken at 25¡C and 150¡C. MP850: 5 ohms and above, Ð20 to 1.25 watts.
+50 ppm/¡C; below 5 ohms down to 0.5 ohm, Ð20 to +80 ppm/¡C; below 0.5 ohm down to
0.2 ohm, 0 to +200 ppm/¡C. MP916: +500 ppm/¡C. MP915/MP925/MP930: 0.50 ohm and
above, Ð20 to +80 ppm/¡C; below 0.5 ohm down to 0.05 ohm, 0 to +200 ppm/¡C.
Dielectric Strength: 1500 Vrms AC. Mounting Note: The MP915, MP916, MP925, MP930 and MP850 must be mounted using
a screw and compression washer mounting technique. This will provide sufficient pressure

0 to +200 ppm/¡C, below 0.05 ohm down to 0.02 ohm, 0 to +300 ppm/¡C. Dielectric
