On 18th of March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) released an official statement
declaring the outbreak of the new coronavirus disease, or COVID- 19, to be a Public Health
Emergency of International Concern. Until later on after a thorough assessment, it was officially
declared as a pandemic.

In the Philippines, being tagged as the world’s heaviest internet users in 2018 (philstar.com),
everyone couldn’t help but to express their views, opinions and even their rants and sentiments
online. Considering the online platforms or media resources as your medium, how would you
express your ideas and beliefs to other online users considering the existing regulations and
policies in the use of digital technology?

 I would express my ideas and beliefs to other online users considering the existing regulations
and policies in the use of digital technology through expressing, using facts or research to
support my statement to make it believable. But then again we have different ideas and beliefs
so it won't be easy to convince other people. Just respect what they believe in, we all have
different views.
