Some instruction regarding the Prototype Assignment

Context: You have to design a Mobile App for the Airport context. Mention the specific Airport
such as Heathro airport or Islamabad airport etc.

User: Users could be divided based by frequency of use at Airport terminal. or they can be
divided whether they transfer, stay or leave the Airport. Such kind of user’s groups are business
travel, tourist etc.

The other kind of users could be divided based on the time and money. Example of such groups
are: person travelling alone or travelling with someone, with family or kids, etc.

Third kind of user groups could be divided based on the assistance required. Example: disability
person, old peoples etc... You can't design an app for all the travelers. So, pick one or two
relevant user group and focus on designing the usable system for that specific users.

Task: Based on the requirements think what kind of task the user may perform in the Airport
context. Some of the examples are as follow: Eat, Shop, WC, Money Exchange, Cash machine /
withdraw (ATM), Next Gate, Smoking Area etc.

Hardware: Smartphone
As a starting point, I would suggest you to sketch all the design solution by using lead pencil and
paper. Then put in the Axure Software. The deadline to show the protype in Axure Software is
on Monday (1 Feb, 2021) at 12:00 p.m.
