Q.1 Full Long Question involving exhaustive and descriptive answers with case 25 Marks
Laws and approved illustrations.
OR
(a) Long question/Explanatory Notes 15 Marks
(b) Short Notes/Cases/Maxims 10 Marks
Q.3 Full Long Question involving exhaustive and descriptive answers with case 25 Marks

General Instructions :
The weightage of marks should be kept equal from each units as far as possible.
All Paper setters should try to see that the question paper is set as per above
pattern.
If it is not possible to ask objective questions in any of the papers in last
questions, the paper setter may frame questions of Explanatory Notes, Short
notes etc.
In all Clinical Core Papers the Examinations shall be taken as per the
mandatory provisions of the Bar Council of India – Legal Education Rules, 2008.
First three questions should be from any four units of paper and last question
should be combination of all the units of the paper.
