Explanation with example.

While doing copious research on this traditional ancient
system of construction, we found unbelievable facts, further
recognized that there is a Scientific motion is incorporated
with Vastu Shastra principles, otherwise how the people in a
whole country following one shastra/science.

First, we will go through one small example of a detailed

examination of Vaastu Shastra. Actually, it may be a little
difficult but not impossible to prove scientific analysis for every
matter pertaining to Vaastu Shastra.

There are so many aspects that are not explained by science.

These aspects should not be counted and considered as
false belief. Vastu rules hence should not be thrown away just
because, some of them are not given scientific approach.

Now we are discussing one Well. Let us understand the

placement of well. According to vaasthu, one has to dig a well
either in Northeast corner or in East or North directions.

When we dig a well, certain poisonous gases come along

with the water from the ground that everyone aware of this
fact, there are gases of many kinds in the earth.

If the quantity of the poisonous weight gas is less, they have

the tendency to come out with the water and spread around
the area. These gases are carried away by the wind, and thus
follow the path of the wind.

Scientific calculations prove that the 80% to 90% of the

annual wind direction is from Southwest to Northeast
direction.

When there is a well in the Northeast corner, the wind

blowing from the Southwest corner carry these gases still
more towards the Northeast thus stopping the gases from
entering the house.

Now we are discussing what will happen if the well is at

Southwest corner or South or West side of the house if there
is a water-well at those places the poisonous gases enter into
the house directly and it may cause ill-health to the residents
of the home.

Please note that, this ill-health may not be caused in a day.

Gradually, it takes time to spoil the life of the residents.

Hi Suresh, My English is not the best, our language is Dutch,

so please don't mind. I have done some research on my own
family, all of them have their kitchen in the south-west and
they have problems related to stomach and digestion, I am

Vaastu can't be useful in Suriname because we have a north-
east to the south-west wind direction. Can you please help

Most of us going to temples, churches or mosques. Do we all

saw god there? If we never saw God there, then why should
we waste our time to go to the prayer halls. What is the
necessity to go to spiritual places?.

We know God is there, but he/she is not visible to us, it'a

great feeling that we are very frequently experiencing. Vastu
is also the same. It is not visible, but if we practice these
scientific principles, then we can experience the difference in

Following Vaastu is not an evil, only the mistake is selecting

The Northeast facing home residents will be good than the

Southwest facing home residents. What is the science here to
follow? Before knowing this reason behind this point we
should first learn about air force from different directions.

Air from South is having a too pressurized force which the

home cannot bare of such force towards Southwest and
South directions. More air force towards West, South, and
Southwest is not good for the homes. Because these
directions play negative roles.
Support is too important at different directions. If there is
more open space towards Northeast then it does not have
any obstruction, and it provides us good luck. If there is heavy
open space towards Southwest then it plays a negative role
on residents.

Vastu, the nature of power, from nature the natural forces

were born. Integrating our homes/structures with natural
forces or compliance with nature is Vastu shastra. Air is also
one of the natural force or elements.

There are total 5 natural elements, generally, these are called

as Five Elements or Panchaboothas, they are Space, Air,
Water, Earth, and Fire.

We should not mix air with fire, if so generally what happens,

the fire will become blow when added with air. Air become act
as force to the fire and it multiplies the fire pressure or fire
strength.

If there is no air, automatically fire will be calm down. So that

in vastu the air direction is Northwest and fire direction is
Southeast, based on the principle we should not combine the
Northwest and Southeast, it means, the direct passage or
direct path or direct vision from Northwest to Southeast
creates many disturbances to the home inhabitants.

One may also observe the Southeast facing house

vastu results and Northwest facing house vastu results. As
per Skewed Plot principles if the structures are constructed
then no problem with SE facing home or NW facing home.

Otherwise, residents will suffer from every issue and these

may become multiplies with new troubles in their life. One
should be careful before selecting the house.
If selection based on vastu books or websites knowledge may
bring sorrow in their life. Better to have Vastu Experts advice

There are many myths in most of the lands. In India,

particularly where vastu is widely used places, most of the

follow it's principles.

Inscriptions were never written unnecessarily. There should

be meaning for everything which framed by our rushis or
predecessors. As successors, we should protect them.

Our forerunners delivered many principles which make many

things with vulnerable position into the most positive. We
need to research further for our heirs.

Until recently, this vastu shastra science was pooh-poohed by

many scientific communities. After observing the results from
this science, many were developed reverence and
respecting.

This science is using by aboriginals and most learned people,

because of it's working caliber. No one annuls this science
capability.
Science and Society

Science and society are not only interdependent but are

mutually supportive also. Science fosters development of
society while society favors the growth of science.

In the context of the phenomenal growth of science as also

society, it is imperative for a man to understand science in
true spirit and develop the society in terms of all that science
reveals, aids and accomplishes for the ultimate and overall
happiness and comfort of all those who constitute the society.

In striking contrast to other living species, man is a rational

being and is endowed with faculties like unlimited intellect
keen analytical mind and strong senses of perception.

It is through the use of these faculties that man has been able
to make a mark on the globe since the dawn of civilization.

He has enriched his knowledge, expanded his

comprehension and increased his comforts on earth by
achieving a fair degree of success in understanding the
forces of nature.

If the knowledge man has acquired through painstaking

efforts and perseverance is as wide as a pond, his ignorance
is comparable only to the Atlantic.

Needless to say that he cannot be complacent about what he

thinks he knows, but has to go a long way before staking his
claims to knowledge in its entirety.

The tools which aid him in such endeavours are undoubtedly

sharp intellect, sound common sense, open mind, logical
deductions, inference based on reason rational approach and
above all science temper; scientific temper.
What is Scientific temper is the basic question. The word
temper has a wide range of meaning. It is an attitude of mind,
a blend, a quality or a conviction.

Scientific temper would naturally mean the conviction to

accept only such things as enter the domain or frontiers of
science.

Like steel which on receiving temper acquires a special

quality and cuts things which come its way, retains resilience
and abrasion resistance, men with science temper would
refuse to accept things which do not stand the test of science,
no matter how formidable the opposition is or how tempting
the offers are.

What is science after all? Any comprehensive knowledge

which is impersonal, imortal and reproducible and which is
acquired through powers of perception, creative reasoning
and scientific methods comes under the broad definition of
the term science.

As distinct from other types of knowledge, scientific

knowledge has two characteristics. They are accuracy and
precision.

Knowledge that lacks either or both these features does not

come within the realm of scientific knowledge. Like the
strands of a spider’s web, scientific knowledge also
represents different disciplines well knit into an elegant and
meaningful pattern.

Science knows no failure. It is precisely for this reason that

when Apollow 11 was a success and man could soil his feet
on the surface of the moon, the feat was acclaimed as
scientific achievement and when Apollo 13 failed in its
mission, the failure was termed an engineering failure.
Now the question is what is the relevance between scientific
knowledge and pattern of society for mutual good. To answer
this question one has to recall to memory the impediments
posed and the road breach caused in the development of
science because of lack of science temper on the pat of the
society.

True, Aristotle was a great philosopher and scientist. But it

was the misfortune of science that he had his own dogmas,
fads and dictates.

One such dogma was that according to him a 1 lb. wt. even
when both the weights are made of the same material.

His another fad was that a woman’s jaw contained less teeth
than a man’s jaw. So towering was his personality and so
much conformism he expected from his students and
followers, that no one would dare try an experiment to verify
his statements.

The society was content with the statement ‘Magister dixit’

meaning ‘The Master has spoken’ and accept his words as
Gospel truth.

It is indeed shocking that even after 18 centuries after

Aristotle, Galileo had hard time to demonstrate from the top of
the leaning tower of Pisa the falsehood of the Master to the
dismay of the intellectuals assembled over there.

Needless to say that open mind, courage of conviction to

verify things and nonconformism. Would surely have changed
the pace of scientific persuits and paved the way for
developing science at much greater pace, for greater benefits
to society.

The misery, the agony, the persecution and the torture meted
out to medieval scientists are beyond description.
 Bruno was burnt alive for telling the plain truth that it is the
earth which moves round the Sun and not the latter which
was the faith of the Church then.

Tycho Brahe lost his nose and Kepler was turned destitute for
defying the Church by telling the scientific truth.

Copernicus was shrewd enough to publish his findings on

helio centric theory, Galileo was victimised for the same fault.

Louis Pasteur propounded his Germ Theory and denounced

the ten prevalent theory of spontaneous generation of life
from out of nothing.

i read about it. It is amazing to know that there is a particular
science about the directions and dimensions of our house
that affects the Good or Bad luck that we experience.

I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the

process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the
