Price quoted in above series inclusive of Casing, Impeller, and Motor. It does not includes VFD, Gravity Louvers,Silencer,Canvas Connection ,flexible wire, limit switch for ON/OFF , required sensors and interlocking arrangement with dock doors & conduit with 3 pin socket switch OR any other Accessories.

01. The Prices indicated are for supply of mentioned Items only. Any kind of additional Accessories like mounting brackets, speed controllers, filters, limit switch etc./ Any other accessory mentioned in the BOQ /
Installation is not included in our scope

04. Delivery: Shall be confirmed at the time of order confirmation
Deliveries are subject to clearance from our commercial department regarding due payments & pending 'C' forms if any
05. Payment Terms: 100% in advance along with PO
06. 'C' Forms if applicable has to be submitted within 90 days, failing which you shall be liable to pay against the debit note raised by us for the differential tax amount along with interest as demanded by M/s Systemair
07. Unloading / Material shifting at site / Other Govt. Levies at destination / Trade Union charges etc. if applicable - not in our scope
08. Prices quoted are valid as a package. Any variation in quantity may result in change in unit prices
09. Price Validity : 30 days from the date of offer. However, any significat variation in raw material prices / currency fluctuation will result in price variation immediately
10. All the materials are insured under the policy no. 2002/82169112/00/000 w.e.f Dt. 13.08.2013.
So kindly open the packages & mention the details in the POD(Proof of delivery) if there are any transportation damages
Any claims without the above said (remarks on POD) will not be entertained afterwards.
