Bringing people together during the
pandemic
Staying on Track

Due to new lockdown measures and the continuation of the pandemic, it became
prominent how difficult it would be to produce timeless videos for Cafe Track and
ignore the COVID-19 pandemic completely.

From this, we began to develop the idea of showing the impact of the pandemic on
Cafe Track and how they have continued to stay on track within their community.
These ideas include:

- Forming the video from three perspectives to create a detailed insight (Tom
Cliffe, an employee and a community member)
- How the Cafe ran before the pandemic and how it runs currently
- Virtual bingo and keeping the community alive
- Challenges and overcoming them

Possible Interviews: B-roll:

● Tom ● Inside cafe

● Sharon ● Possible archive videos
● Luke ● Possibly screen record 360 tour on
● Possibly a customer Cafe Track website to show interior
Friends of Track
The Friends of Track video will follow the original planned structure and ideas,
though due to the pandemic, some of these interviews will be carried out virtually.
In terms of b-roll for locations, an alternative to this will be archive photos and
footage available to us.

The focus of this video will be to promote the training and its importance, by
interviewing current Friends of Track and how it has impacted them as a business.

Infographics
To increase the potential of the project and social media
campaign, the aim to produce infographics that will be
suitable for different social media platforms.

Below are some ideas for the infographics that relate

directly to the planned content:

Sometimes it's as easy as turning down the volume
