Please be informed that our consortium with Manila Water Philippine Ventures, Inc. (MWPVI), and Tubig
Pilipinas Group, Inc. has signed and executed a Joint Venture Agreement with the San Jose City Water District
(SJCWD) for the design, construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, operation, financing, expansion and
management of the water supply and sanitation facilities and services of SJCWD in the City of San Jose in the
Province of Nueva Ecija. MWPVI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Manila Water.
