EVENT CONCEPT

Theme: Developing Global Graduates for Economic Sustainability.


Graduating students shall strictly follow the dress code. They shall wear the
prescribed attire.

Motif:

Women - Ecru-colored ankle length dress matched with ecru/cream shoes with
no more than 2 inches heels.

Men - Ecru-colored barong and black pants matched with formal black shoes.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT
L & C Events will perform events planning, designing and coordinating activities named in
this agreement. The services provided would be in accordance with our published list of services
that you have chosen. Our company wants the Commencement Exercises to go without hitch
and we will work diligently to ensure of flawless occasion. If however, certain events beyond our
control should prevent us from meeting our high standards and your expectations, we will be
held blameless. We will nevertheless, do everything in or power rectify the situation on that is
outside our normal control.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The customer/clients needs to pay 50% of the total cost as first payment to start
preparing the things needed in the event.
 The customer/clients should pay the rest of the payment one week before the said
event.
 Additional overhead will incur additional charges.
 This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of services.
 Any and all changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and
signed by both parties. If the event is cancelled, Refunds are limited to unearned
fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees, and out of pocket expenses.
 If the clients cancelled less than 14days before the event, there will be no refund
issued.

The undersigned hereby acknowledge that they have read and fully understand the contents of
the agreement.
