1. Every project manager, should reach or atleast satisfies their customers or clients.
Ofcourse, as a project manager, I must achieve every details, suggestions and
recommendations of my clients along with my skills and knowledge about our project.
To satisfy my clients, as I’ve said, their expectations should always be my priority and
not in last, because they pay me and my company for a good price so I must return the
favor, I must build or create a successful project.
When the project is done, the clients will used it ofcourse and most often, especially to
those projects that are connected to buildings, marketings and are making money or
making a business, the client’s consumers will use it too, so, the real customer for me,
is the people.
The thing that can distinguish my work or output from those already available to my
customer, is my specialty, what I mean is, my skills and knowledge that only me and my
team can make. From that, satisfaction will be on our customers.

2. Flexibility, skillful, knowledgeable and expert to projects that will satisfies the
customer. Now, I need a lot of experience to be able to achieve those things that will
help me as an efficient project manager, I am still a beginner and still learning those
whats and hows. The gap is still long in me now to where I want to be. In order to close
the gap, though there’s no easy way, I must endure anything, because it will serve as
an experience and a lesson to me, to be patient and have perseverance. With this, I can
make through it.

3. Some of the people nowadays are into building a shops and stores (like milktea shop,
clothing store and many more). Making and creating a firm, strong, quality building or
store that will persuades customers is my top priority and with that, the customers are
satisfied and surely, they will be back at me again with another project. Regarding the
designs of the store if its retro, minimalist, cute, kpop and other.
Clients were included to the things that are related to his and my project, like for
examples, the materials of the project and where did we bought it, the budgets for the
project, and the dilemmas or problems we will and might encounter if ever, the process,
project timeframe or when it will start and when it will be finish, suggestions,
recommendations. I should not hide anything from the customer when it comes to his
business or project. The things were the clients are excluded and confidential to him,
are the things that have nothing to do with him, like, the company’s other projects, the
company financials or problem within company itself (like more personal), informations
of other projects. Client relations is somewhat essential, as it may lead to good
relationship between the company and the client. The aspect of client relations was
most effective in achieving their satisfaction, is the teaming up, like, the meeting where
everyone are giving ideas, suggestions and recommendation to the project. With that,
the project will be and were successful and in accordance to their expectations and they
will satisfied with our work.
