A bulb means bright, ideas or new knowledge. For me, the hand in the
picture signifies of choosing. The whole photo clearly signifies of choosing the
right ideas or simply, an innovation. Innovation is one of the important key factors
in an organization. A company must not be stagnant or be clogged as it can
cause a downfall or bankruptcy to the company, because the world is changing
from time to time, we must cope up with the surroundings, the trends, likes and
wants of the clients and customers. Improvement is all over in the corners, clients
and the company need an innovation for the best of their work and output.

Starting an innovation project is very crucial as it needs a lot of ideas,

knowledge, skills and expertism in the industry. A project and its information must
be accurate to be able to satisfy and ensure the customers. All the time, fresh
developments emerge. Competitors are always seeking something different and
customers are no longer afraid to express their preferences. We definitely don't
want to be left behind as an organization, and you're probably ready to dive into
the field of creativity. We can only applaud this enthusiasm for creativity. But
make sure you innovate with the right intention. "With technology, our
competitors do something, so we want that too" sounds progressive, but at the
same time can be a big pitfall. That something works for your competitor doesn't
automatically mean it works for you. Moreover, technology is never an end in
itself. It's a way to achieve a goal. Make sure you have a clearly established
innovation purpose before beginning an innovation project. You can only
effectively select the right form of innovation when you know why you want to
innovate.

To ensure the project innovation will be smooth to run and be less in any
problems, you must search for the innovation goal. You must find and
understand the competitors, foundation, topics, the target audience and the
degree of changes. Competition also forces creativity from organizations.
Knowing what's going on in your field is critical. You'll know what the competition
is up to by researching the developments in your industry. You will also know
what you can do to do the best for your clients. Using your rivals as inspiration is
fine, but don't let rivalry be your sole justification for creativity. Innovation
motivated by competition may lead you to create a new product, but success is
definitely not guaranteed. More details are needed to know if you are on the right
track. A very good innovation fits the organization's heart. The mission, vision
and principles of the organization can be a key factor and edge. That will be the
foundation of the company and its employees. Your audience is also essential,
you need to develop, search for the wants and needs of your target audience.
