Title of Research: IDENTIFY THE MAJOR CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED IN LIFE,

AND IT’S SOLUTION

INTRODUCTION

Good morning ma’am, I’m Gauis Laurence B. Caraoa a researcher from Holy Trinity
University. If you don’t mind I would like to ask you some personal question about your
life. You don’t need to worry because our conversation is just between you and me.
Feel free to ask me questions if you have some clarifications. You can answer the
question in any way you want.

Research Questions Interviewee’s answer

1. My first question is, “As a student – Those are the times when
”What are your major challenges my parents did not support me with what I
you encountered in your life?” want to pursue and they want me to
become a teacher. My heart and my mind
wasn’t able to learn to love the course so,
I failed and decided to stop from
attending school, but I tried to obey them
for almost two years.”

“As a wife/Christian: it happened last

May, 22, 2016, when I was operated for
having an ectopic pregnancy my faith was
tested as well as our relationship. I didn’t
know that I was 7-8 weeks pregnant
already. I thought my period was just
delayed for I am irregular. We hoped and
prayed for that child yet it wasn’t granted.
Now, I have lesser chance of getting
pregnant. For they cut off my right
fallopian tube. We already accepted what
happened and just keeping the faith that
in God’s perfect time He will grant what
our hearts desires.”

Challenges are truly inevitable in life,

you cannot say that you’re alive if you
have not encounter any challenges.

2. My next question is a follow-up “First, through prayer it’s alright and

question to the first one, and that normal to feel weak. Faith being shaken a

challenges? What are the things plans ahead of you.
that kept you going?”
Second, my husband never abandon me
in time that I felt lost, scared and almost
initiated retreat and accepted defeat.

Lastly, family and friends, who showed

support and shared encouraging words to
motivate me to keep on going and fight
life’s unending circumstances. ”

I truly appreciate how you handle those

kind of situation.

3. And for my last question, “My plans for the future are mainly
“What are your plans in the focused on my family. To my wife and
future?” especially, to my two sons. I want to give
them all the love I can give and the things
that they need in order to prepare them in
life. As to being a husband, I just want to
spend my life to the fullest with my wife.

And for my career as a teacher, I want to

continue to grow and be more of an
inspiration to my students. And if God
permits, maybe I can be promoted to
Teacher III.”
