“Helping is more gratifying than winning.”

I have volunteered with the Fraser Goodfellows ever

since I can remember, because my family did as well.
When I was seven I joined Karate, and continued it until
I was 16 and had to stop due to injury. I go to MMSTC,
and started going in 9th grade. I have also done Cross
Country for all 4 years of my highschool career, being a
captain for junior and senior year. I plan on going to
Macomb Comunity College for two years to get my
general education credits, and then going to another
school to get a teaching degree. I want to teach French
or another foriegn language.

Welcoming
When there was a new girl on the Cross Country team who also played Volleyball, I
talked to her and gave her feedback because I know how hard it is to adapt to cross country
when you play another sport.
Helpful
At Cross Country when people dont understand the workout, I do my best to explain it. I usually
end up showing them what to do by doing it, even if it means i have to do the same exercise
more than once.
