Abstract

This essence of this report is to assess the previous proclamation against the powerful subsequent
development of a vital information base in on organizational knowledge management. In light of
the above, we shall be discussing the estimate of organizational knowledge management and
how it should be understood. We shall also discuss the role of organizational knowledge
management and its impact on organizational performance. The concept of intellectual capital
will also be examined, focusing on the reasons and the difficulties associated with its
measurement. The relationship between organizational knowledge management and logical
reasoning which can also be referred to as intellectual capital is also examined. We shall also
explore empowerment networks which bring about knowledge creation and their ability to
encourage the concept of relevant information and the difficulty of monitoring it for
organizational benefits. In general, this report highlights the difficulties associated with
measuring organizational performance strategies in terms of increasing productivity.
