DEADLINE
I consider that English is very important in our lives because if we master the
language we will have many opportunities present both socially and professionally,
in the same way just mastering one language could limit us in many aspects
because by being able to master English we could open ourselves to opportunities
international.
I would believe that English is very important in my career because thanks to this
the opportunity to work in other countries is present, being a career in which, apart
from knowledge, social interaction is very important, in this way a job opportunity in
the exterior with the command of English would be something possible
There are different ways to apply English to your day to day such as:
- Read . Yes, the habit of reading is not for everyone, but it is excellent for
increasing vocabulary, gaining reading comprehension of the language and
understanding the context of the situation. It doesn't necessarily have to be a 500-
page book or a literary classic. It can be a small article, a blog post or a newsletter.
- Listen. Music, music and more music. Music moves borders, connects cultures
and unites people of different beliefs. In addition, it is one of the best tools to learn
a language. Listening to a song in English helps to have a more casual contact
with the language, that is, many artists use English terms that are informal and this
helps the non-native to get a little closer to the “everyday” life of the native English
speaker.
- Write. Many do not like to write. However, writing can be a habit that can even be
therapeutic. Writing to-do lists, to-do lists for the day, the week or the month and /
or keeping a daily diary in English is the ideal activity for using the vocabulary that
has been learned and more important is the use of vocabulary that it is used daily
and that is often overlooked to learn words that we believe will be great indicators
that we manage the language and what they do is overwhelm the acquisition of
learning
- Talk. The last, and by no means least, is talking. If writing is the ideal activity to
use the vocabulary learned, speaking is the proof that we know how to put to use
those new words that we are learning, the phrases, sentences, idioms and all the
new elements that we are exposed to in the language.
In 5 years I visualize myself being a professional practicing what I studied and
working on it, living with my partner and getting ahead with her professionally as
well as lovingly, even if it is something that is still far away, it is something that I
always think about so I would think that That would be the way I would visualize
myself 5 years from now.
