He is punctual, reliable, has a good work ethic, and has shown that he is sincerely concerned in regard to his students comprehension and performance. He watched, leaned, tried, understood, and experimented with different skills all the while improving his abilities as an educator. Joshua has implemented many of his ideas and experimented with a variety of teaching technics tofind what works best forhim, During these difficult times of dealing with PPE, he has clearly demonstrated his desire to become a teaching professional. He is a good colleague and adapted his abilities in correspondence with the feedback that he has received, He has demonstrated throughout his FE3 that he can assume, control, and function as a reliable teaching professionalin the classroom. Joshua dealt with multiple groups and developed various means and strategies for retaining their attention and keeping themon track. He also experimented with distance learning, online teaching, in which he demonstrated that he is, extremely capable of using all the software involved with that.
