Before the expiry of the license period or the earlier termination thereof, the Licensor through his Constituted Attorney) and the Licensee (through their “Authorised representative) shall conduct a joint survey and audit of the said premises. The result ofthe joint survey and audit shall be reduced to waiting and signed by both parties. Any damage to the said premises, caused due to the Licensee's use ofthe said premises, will be assessed from these 2 surveys and aucit reports and the Licensor will proceed to take necessary action, including recovery of amounts required to repair the damage caused to the premises, from the Licensee.
