PT Trustix Indonesia​, is one of the linux vendor from Norway in Indonesia, the products is
mainly to manage easily linux servers from many platform. Role : As a Software developer,
tools involved c/c++, qt widgets. As Support Engineer, maintaining product deployment in
clients (2001 – 2002)

Imagine Software​, is a french based company in Indonesia. It is owned privately by a

french, and the company is developing video codec based on h.264 specification and
developing an instant messenger. Now the company sell product for end to end solution in
web and mobile video publishing. Role : As a Software developer, tools involved c/c++,
Nasm, .Net framework, DirectShow (2002 – 2004)

Maltech Inc​, is a japan company that being built by some southeast asian. The company is
providing solution for telecommunication industries, such as software for call centre, video
 phone application, 3G video call application and also other projects that involved with
devices such as gps (global positioning satellite) devices, and some medium big scale web
projects. Role : Software architect, developer and unix/linux engineer, tools involved c/c++,
.Net framework, Flex, Java, ruby on rails, etc. (2004 – 2010)

PT e-DEPRO Banking Consultant​, is a company that provide consultancy for the banking
industry regarding credit risk analysis, credit monitoring, strategic planning, and many
others. Role: Information Technology Manager (2010 - 2013)

Agranet Multicitra Siberkom (detik.com)​, is largest news portal in Indonesia. First role as
Software Engineer, then being promoted to head section and currently being positioned as a
Technical Lead for Data and Core Service Department. Handle various project, such as
DetikVisual (image bank), DetikPayment (payment gateway), DetikRewards (point reward),
DetikVideoService (video processing and storage). Technology hands on: Javascript for
serving as client API, Python (django, tornado, celery), Scala (akka actor, play framework),
Erlang and Elixir (phoenix, ejabberd for chat service POC, integrating with DetikConnect,
user auth service), build ML models for NLU domain. Role: Technical Lead (2013 - 2017)

Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (bhinneka.com)​, is one of the e-commerce site in Indonesia. It

serves B2B, B2G and B2C. Currently working in big data development for Product
popularity, developing system that can grep and analyze hot product and price in the
Indonesian e-commerce market, and gain an insight compare to the internal Bhinneka data.
Role: Senior Software Engineer (2017 - … )

Project and Working Experiences

XPloy Development :
XPloy is one of Trustix' product for managing farm of linux servers remotely. The client
server communication is based on CORBA and while the client GUI is using QT3 library.
This software consists for managing various kind of service in linux such as proxy server
(squid), file and print sharing server (samba), web server (apache) and firewall
(iptables/ip-chain). The role was as a developer for proxy server module, which was using
C/C++ as a main language.

H.264 Codec Development :

H.264 Codec is the most advanced video coding specification up to now. Imagine Software
as a multimedia software company developed their line of products based on H.264 codec
specification from ITU-T. H.264 codec generally has 3 profile for different kind of purpose
to use, such as live broadcasting (Advanced Profile), offline (Baseline and Main Profile) and
mobile viewing (Baseline and Advanced Profile). The role was as a developer for building
and optimizing codec for the Baseline and Main Profile using C/C++ as the main language,
assembly (MMX, SSE), Directshow and Video for Windows for interfacing into Windows
Platform.
Interaphony/Broadphone Development :
Interaphony is a media server and platform based on SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and
H.323 Technology for communication and telephony purpose, based on javascript for
interactive scenario support and also directshow, ffmpeg as a media editing purpose.The
entire system can perform an interactive video response to the client using dtmf tone and
which was later being integrated into 3G Platform (H.324 Protocol) for a video interactive
service through mobile platform. The platform itself was built on C/C++ language and
assembly (using MMX, SSE for video processing performance). The system was deployed in
2008 at Indosat 3G Platform but was recalled in 2010 since Indosat is shifting to data service
instead of circuit switching service for their 3G platform.

Streamsation.com Development :
Streamsation.com is a music portal which is operated and has a music distribution contract
with some of the major labels in Indonesia. The system itself was developed using php,
javascript and flash media server for song distribution. The role is as a developer for song
interactivity with the web-based client, creating playlist, etc based on javascript and flash.
The system was starting to operate in 2009.

CCI (NonDisclosed) Platform Project :

CCI is an organization that managing the assistants for doctors from all over Japan. The
directive of the platform itself is to create speech recognition for the patient medical records,
etc and put it into a database. The platform input is a voice data that will be transformed into
text data using voice recognition from one of the voice recognition company in Japan and the
resulted text will going through an editing process by the doctor's assistants. This platform
will be the bridge between the hospitals, voice recognition system and the doctor's assistants.
The platform was developed using ruby on rails as the web api application (REST) on top of
passenger-nginx, flash media server, node-js and Java Applet Technology. The role was as a
developer and architect of the platform.

Credit Risk Analysis Project :

Deployment the credit risk analysis system for PT Bank Mutiara (former of Bank Century in
Indonesia) and PT Bank Jatim. The risk analysis is for small and medium scale business and
also micro business scale. The system using open source solution to reduce the cost. The role
was as the platform architect and project manager.

DetikVisual, DetikPayment, DetikRewards, DetikVideoService :

Several core service for serving internal detik operations. The technology being used mostly
python, php and javascript for handling frontend. Web framework : django, tornado, laravel.
Database : mongodb, postgresql, redis for cache handler. Background job and message queue
: celery, rabbitmq. All API can be accessed by REST and Javascript CORS. Authentication
using JWT (JSON Web Token).
Keyword Extraction and Content Recommendation​ :
On going project at the detik.com big data team, analyze the content of detik and match them
with user behaviour, such as which kind of keywords the users will engage. And then match
with other similar content and recommend it. Sentiment analysis for analyzing the comment
on article, whether one article has positive or negative feedback from the users. The base
methodology is to have word embedding, key term extraction and sentiment analysis in
Bahasa. Related tools : Spacy, NLTK, scikit-learn, keras, theano, tensor flow.

Analyze for Popular Product in the e-Commerce Market​ :

Building an understanding regarding product popularity in Indonesian e-Commerce market.
By grepping the transaction and price data from some of the popular e-Commerce sites,
grouping and filtering their products into similar items, price and brands. Calculating and
visualizing the data into something that can deliver insights to the product and merchandise
team. Related tools : Airflow, Spark, Google Cloud Platform (cloud function).

Chatbot for e-Commerce​ :

Build a chatbot system for serving the customer in Bhineka’s app and website. Helping build
the language model for Bahasa Indonesia. Related tools : Spacy, Rasa Framework, NLTK.
