Step 1: Adjust fluidparameters for air pressure and oil pressure

Step 3: Vent the lance and the HSK tool holder.

Adjust the bielomatik control unit as in the following pictures shown:

Note: Each parameter you can select with the ENTER button. Press +/- button to
change the settings into the different menus.

After changing the settings, it is necessary to press the ENTER button twice to safe the
modified parameters.

After completing the settings of parameter 1-5, press ESC button to return to main menu.
To activate the oil flow press the + and – buttons on the control unit together. The OK light
will flash. Make sure there is oil flow out of the tool. Allow oil to flow for one minute and stop
by pressing the ESC button.

Then connect the calibration unit with the HSK tool holder.

Step 4: Adjust a variant to purge the Measurement Unit.

Note: After each measuring procedure it is necessary to purge the measurement unit.

the measurement Unit.

If the readings are not exactly the same as in the Oil Flow Reference shown (14,4 /
36 / 90 / 235 / 432 ) choose the closest value you have found.

During the calibration procedure you always have to switch between variant 30 and 31.
Activate the variants via the machine controller. Variant 30 to measure, variant 31 to purge.
Measure and purge as long as all targets for Oil Flow Reference been found.

Activate the purge activity for minimum 1 minute.

Step 8: Prepare Input Oil Flow targets

Note: Variants 1 – 30 can be programmed user defined. See example.

Step 9: Insert control parameters into the bielomatik MQL controller
