    Should the employer fail to pay contributions payable to 15 ‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪﻡ ﻗﻴﺎﻡ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺄﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻻﺷﺘﺮﺍﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﻘﺔ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﺎً ﻟﻠﻬﻴﺌﺔ ﺧﻼﻝ‬
    the authority by 15th of maturing month or delay ‫ ﻣﻦ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻻﺷﺘﺮﺍﻛﺎﺕ‬13.5% ‫ﻳﻮﻣﺎً ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﻻﺻﺪﺍﺭ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺑﺄﺩﺍﺀ ﻣﺒﻠﻎ ﻭ ﻗﺪﺭﻩ‬

    In case of non-payment of contributions for three ‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻻﺷﺘﺮﺍﻛﺎﺕ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺃﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺘﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺇﻳﻘﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ‬
    consecutive months, the competent authorities shall .‫ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄﺓ ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ‬
    stop dealing with the employer.
