How does the process of freelancer job improve your knowledge about BPO?
When I was on the process of applying in a freelancing platform I noticed various
companies/employers hiring for an employee that can fit their qualifications on a
particular position they offered and thousands of job seekers with different job titles,
skills and experiences where they want to employed on the job they want to enter and
meet their desired salary. By that experienced it helps me to improve my knowledge
about BPO through learning the different types of qualifications and standards that a
company needs and the qualifications of a job seeker need to possessed. It also help me
to assess my capability if my qualifications fit to a certain job I want to pursue. It helps
me to determine what particular abilities, skills and standards that the employers want
to see from the job seekers.

Freelancer is a website where thousands of jobseekers applied to get their desired job
and rate. It has also a lot of employers seeking for an employee who can fit their
qualifications. By applying to a freelancing platform today, I know it can help me in the
future to find a job I want to pursue that will definitely fit to my qualifications, skills,
capabilities and to achieve the desired rate.
