-because the humans before us were wicked with
our land, they didn't want it much less take care of

but the intrigued boy tells him

they didn't know it, they had water for lots of big
and beautiful trees everywhere, thousands of
animals of different species, big crops and all the
wonderful things that the land offered them which
they supplied his food and sustenance
