Abstract

People all over the world do not think that the astronomical phenomenon that
takes place everyday is a phenomenon that has been outlined by God, not just by
chance. Scientists are continuing to explore and study the phenomena that occur
in the Earth, sky, space, and the universe. This cannot be separated from the
astronomy that plays a very important role in the analysis of the phenomenon.
Students and students as a young generation should not be blind to technology
and knowledge, because they are assets for this nation. Therefore, the importance
of teaching about astronomy in schools, coupled with the many myths and kleniks
that develop in Indonesia, has always been associated with this astronomical
phenomenon.

A. Introduction
Stories of comet sightings attributed to major events occurring in Earth's society have
been around for a long time as humans observe the sky. The appearance of comets, he said, is
specifically often associated with bad news, suffering, disasters and things that are not put on.
Myths about eclipses become Indonesian folklore passed down from generation to generation,
especially in Java and Bali. The tale of Batara Kala (often described as a giant) swallows the Sun
and Moon causing them to disappear, then reappear after being spewed out.
Many people believe this is latitude kemukus and associate it with various beliefs,
especially bad omens such as there will be pagebluk, natural disasters, and so forth. Head of the
National Space and Aviation Institute Thomas Djamaluddin said the eclipse phenomenon could
not be separated from the traditional myth and modern myth that it would make the eye blind.
Astronomy is a branch of science that learns about celestial body, the universe, and its
movements (its mechanics). Astronomy can't escape other sciences. . Quite a lot of branches of
science have been included as part of astronomy and when noted, the nature of these branches is
very diverse from astrometr, space-based shipping, observational astronomy, to the preparation
of the calendar. Astronomy whose laboratory is in the form of the universe and its contents
allows students and learners to learn directly in nature and nature is a unity of life with humans
as social beings and religious makhuk. So that astronomical science literacy is expected to be
based on science, technology and religion. Just like other branches of science science, physics,
biology, chemistry and mathematics, astronomy science learning is expected to "find out" and
"do" thereby helping students understand more deeply about the universe and its contents
(Ministry of Education, 2006).

B. Library Review
The problem with science and astronomy is that most teachers view Sians as subjects or
even worse as subjects. This perspective affects the development of science and technology in
our nation. If we have the hope that this nation mastered science and technology then we are
required to put science as science (Ball.D, 2002).
Astronomy as science deals with how to systematically find out about nature (Martin, 1997).
Astronomy is not only a mastery of the collection of knowledge in the form of facts, concepts or
principles only but is also a process of discovery. The learning process is emphasized on
providing first-person experience to develop competencies in order to explore and understand the
environment scientifically. The application of astronomy needs to be done wisely to maintain
and maintain environmental sustainability (Ministry of National Education, 2006). Mcdermott et
al (2000) said the learning of prospective teachers is known to be more concrete when presented
through concrete experience as the basis for the formation of a new topic concept or a different
treatment of a familiar topic.
The religious-based study of Astronomy science is one of the methods is to relate each
astronomical content of spiritual moral karaktek learning by associating with the word of the
godhead that exists in the Holy Qur'an. An interesting piece of this is, "Indeed in the creation of
the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day there are signs for men of
understanding" (Ali Imron, 3:190).

C. Research Method
Research on science-based astronomy learning literacy, this technology is carried out by
spreading MFI, pretest, and posttest 3 types to prospective students educators in physics and
education courses.
Then students are introduced to an android application called Heaven view. This
application contains data on the movement of celestial objects in the scope of the surtya system
and exoplanets after stars with a certain range of distances. Students can also set the time and
place to be observed according to their wishes.
A sample of 40 data has been obtained. After the sample data is obtained then analyzed
descriptively. Students are also given space to ask questions about material they do not
understand, and are also given the opportunity to express their opinions. Learning is carried out
during several intense meetings.

D. Results and Discussion

The results obtained from this study are problems of student difficulty in the content of
Astronomy science courses with astronomical science learning literacy methods based on
science, technology and religion. The difficulty level of students in the content of celestial
movement before being introduced to Heaven view is 85%. While in the Q&A conducted
on prospective physics teachers in astronomy courses the biggest difficulty also lies in
calculating the movement of celestial objects which in fact is a complicated and complex
mathematical calculation.
After being introduced to the Heaven View app students get a pretty good understanding. Proven
by the level of incomprehension that only ranges from 20%-25%. The ease of using this
application and retrieving data can be said to be a great stimulus to attract students to study
astronomy physics.

E. Conclusion
Heaven View as an application aimed at physics education students in astronomy courses can
increase the level of understanding of students significantly. So this application is very suitable
for learning today.
