SURETY BOND DRAFT

In consideration of the terms of the condition insurance bond issuance to
SHARRON AUBREY (hereinafter called ‘‘BORROWER”) for her project and since it being a
condition of loan that an issuance of a Financial Guarantee Surety Bond be made to cover the loan
amount of One Million Nine Hundred Thousand United States Dollars only (USD
1,900,000.00).

We, QUITTANCE SURETY incorporated under the laws of United State of America acting by
applicable law in its performance and consummation of the actions, its true and lawful
managing director hereby and independently guarantee to pay to you without delay upon
your first written demand an amount up to One Million Nine Hundred Thousand United
States Dollars only (USD 1,900,000.00) such amount to be reduced periodically by the
amounts recovered by you from the proceeds, upon receipt by us of your demand in writing
and your written statement stating:

(a) That the borrower has failed to repay the loan in accordance with the conditions of the
loan contract and
(b) The amount which the borrower has failed to repay.

Notwithstanding anything foregoing, any variations of the loan should be communicated to

the guarantor (Quittance Surety) within fourteen (14) days of such variations.
