Introduction

Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, Deped upholds proper protocols in conducting school related activities.
In preparation for the opening of classes, the school conducted an orientation to all the
parents/guardians of Salvacion National High School students to properly disseminate the plan of the
school with regards to the nearly opening of school classes. To ensure social distancing, the school
scheduled the orientation per barangay and on their convenient time. Some barangays who only have
few students are group in one schedule. A communication letter was sent to all barangay captains
having students at SNHS.

Minutes of the Meeting

The orientation for parents/guardians of SNHS students for the following barangays Putiao,
Mercedes, Danlog and Pudo was scheduled on August 19, 2020 at 8 oclock in the morning. The team
was headed by Ma’am Vilma Fortuno and the members Roditha Manuel, Rosemary Mendiola, Cyrus
Mabini, Beryl Trixie Lumbao, Leny Arambulo, Fernando Pancho and Noemi Balbido. However, the
present members of the team during the said meeting were Vilma Fortuno, Roditha Manuel and
Rosemary Mendiola. ..Ma’am Vilma Fortuno acted as the emcee, Ma’am Roditha Manuel did the
documentation and incharge for the registration of the attendees and Ma’am Rosemary Mendiola
assisted in technical operation.

The said meeting started at around 9 oclock in the morning. The school principal of SNHS Ma’am
Harrietta Mirasol discussed about the Learning Continuity Implementation Plan and the Parents
Education on Minimum Health Protocols Concerning Covid 19. Regarding the agendum about the
enrollment for TLE courses and other matters, Sir Alex Mirafuentes did the task. Also Ma’am Vilma
Fortuno added some valuable information when it comes to health protocols to be observed nowadays.
One of the attendees raised a question and it was responded by Ma’am Mirasol.

The meeting adjourned at around 10:30 in the morning.
