EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

One of the problems in the Philippines is that most Filipinos doesn't own a house or they have a house
but they don't call it as their 'own'. So, Humanist Inc. is inspired to create a 'rent-to-own' village. Meso means
middle and Palace means is that we consider our house like our own palace. Like the meaning of the village, it
is a low cost housing that targets the middle class citizens. Meso Palace wants to establish a community with the
intention of creating a village where all ages can relate. 

Mission: To create a budget-friendly house for all types of families especially the middle class ones.  

Vision: Provide a beautiful and modern house for all that aligns with their dream home.  

The Team - The Humanist Inc. is currently composed of eight members. They combined their ideas and
conceptualized it to form a perfect village for everyone.  

INTRODUCTION

A. Problem/Need 

These days, we are aware that it is hard to find a comfortable and nice place to live where people can
choose their own lifestyle and their own pace of living at the same time with a low price. Having a pleasing
environment around us gives us the ambiance we want, it makes us feel healthy, alive, and free. And the Meso
Palace team knows that this problem needs to be solved promptly. As a real estate, we ensure the well-being,
security, and comfortability of our clients to make their own paradigm and schemes of living. We are here to
help them begin a new life. Here, they can create a fresh start.  

B. Objective 

Our future aim is to give quality living and to ameliorate the welfare of every families. The team wants
everyone to enjoy their life here without being afraid for tomorrow. We are hoping that this project will
eventually rise to the top over its competitors and make everyone’s dream come true. 

PRODUCT

The Meso Palace is a newly set up village for the families that searching for their dream home at the
same time with a cheap price. Rent to own typically means the owner has promised to sell the property to the
tenant for a certain price within a certain time frame.   

Most of the subdivision and villages now are not ecological-friendly, they tend to sacrifice the nature to
build the houses. The Meso Palace is flood-free because it has a lot of trees in the area and it locates in a high
locale, even if you’re in a city, you feel like you're in a province. Also, there is a nearby accessible
transportation for the residents who doesn't have their own car, and the village have an area for all ages. It's
perfect for the families who doesn't afford a beautiful at the same time expensive place where all of their family
members can relate.

Meso Palace will include amenities that will surely improve their lives, physically, emotionally, mentally,
and spiritually. These are the following:

MARKET ANALYSIS

A. Target Market 

We expect that our target market will be in this following group: 


 Newly Wed Couples 
 Middle Class citizens 
 
B. Promotions 

A. The village will be promoted through social media advertisements, brochures/flyers, newspaper
articles and our real estate team. 
 
C. Investment Needed 

        To make this dream happen, we need an estimated investment price of ₱36,400,000 for
securing the whole land, complete the landscape, and other amenities.

FINANCIAL PLAN

We’d love to give our clients the life they want and deserve but the company’s ambition will not stop at
just that. We are aware that real estate investing is indeed an intricate and risky business that’s why we
diminished the susceptibility of the business by analyzing the data we have, to make us informed in every
decisions the company would make.

Our seed money is more than enough to start reaching our goals. Perhaps, there would be an excess
amount in conducting the project, while the amount has no allocation, the team decided to use it in case of
emergency expenses. In the first year, we are planning to introduce our Meso Palace Village, after the first year,
we are expecting to have a revenue of ₱18,200,000 to keep things going in the business.

In our second year, using that money ₱18,200,000 we will definitely ameliorate our assets and carefully
handle our liabilities for the welfare of our clients. That way, the investments will keep on coming and the
company will use it for other beneficiary purposes.

In the third year, if the company can achieve the peak of the business we will begin investing to other
companies that would help our company’s success. We will expand our rent-to-own concept from Luzon to
Mindanao and seek other investors for the business to continue.

In achieving our endeavor, we promise that our team will never let you down. We will make sure that
you will be more than satiated. To our investors, continue to support our team and our plans for us to be able to
meet the standards of the clients.

We would not stop making new aims for us to improve the state of every clients we have. However, we
could not do these things if it wasn’t for the people we care about.
