Let All My Creation Perish

If I don't get hurt in your sufferings

if in human atrocities
and genocide I don't get stirred up
then let all my creation perish here.

e
If through the touch of your heart's fire
and creation
Rain does not fall
from my poetry
Then let all my creation perish here.
er
eh
lf I fail to laugh
If the light of the night
Doesn't wake up from me within
And I fail to draw pictures
Mixing with serenity of dawn
us

Then let all my creation perish here

If I fail to bow down before the feet of the green
if my lips do not tremble seeing the smiles of a naive
if while breaking myself
tm

Words stay suppressed in incensement

Then let all my creation perish here.

Is God there?

Does God or the Almighty exist? No. Stay unworried

Carry on with your evil works.
Yes but
(God is present in custom, justice, destructive notion, and weakness,
guilty
Feeling
You have trampled people piercing history
Again, you say God is Present?
You all have turned women into harlots,
'Taught men to call by hypocritical names
He is red, he is black, he is white....
'Today men have turned into ingredients’ of cadre and voting machine'
Will you say again God is Present?
You all have turned human values into merchandise in your final
Judgment
Poured men's blood into the light of big cities and palaces
Still today people are being crucified in deep suffering, looted and
Repressed
Still now will you say God is present?

Life today
Even today life, biogenetics means
Marketing of juice
Packed in an of envelope love.
Here democracy, independence means
Oratory of vote demon
Electing the greatest poison
Here sky rneans boundary of land
Trembling of a flag.
Here peace and equality means
Procreation of advertised power.

When Mind Awakens

When mind awakens, then comes “Bhairabi(Indian raga)

The awakened mind makes you a poet
Never think yourself as disregarded
Still the breeze blows, waves flow flowers bloom, and the Sun rises
Only for you
Only think that you are blessed
The world is only for you
Just take a dip into Minds River
You will get a new blue sky
Eternal house within a home
That‘s why the mad says
Blooming mind brings
The spring

A morning evolves
From the nectar of the
Last evening and night-

A lonely night is a mute
Fountain-running around
The whole day, the balance sheet
Of profit and loss, a curse
Bathing of exhaustion

Hand on hand in eternity-

A killing is the last flight
In the process of coercion-
Still I am confident melody

An introduction to the history of Indian music

Musical tradition of India is an unbroken tradition in the world

But there is a long debate regarding the origin of Indian classical music

Some says music comes from nature, from bird’s song

Another very strong opinion is the origin of Indian music

Has come from mantras from Vedas (ancient script of Hindus)

The basic of Indian music consists three art forms

1) Vocal music

2) Instrumental music

3) Dance

These forms are expressed in personalized art forms

Maintaining the tradition of gurus (master) and gharanas

The system of Indian music is based upon two important pillars: rag and tal ,rag is the melodic form while tal is the rhythmic.

e
Indian rag can be equated with western term scale,

But the rhythmic forms are very wide, complex and multidimensional er
Varies according to the nature of songs and the nature of the race or community singing the song.
eh
The practice of the rag and tal is not same throughout the country.
us

However there are two major traditions of Indian music,

One is north Indian (Hindustani music) another one is south Indian tradition.
tm

Both the systems are basically similar but differ in nomenclature and performance practice.

Our musical tradition exists in the ethnic diversity of present India from the earlier times of our

Civilization consequently Indian music has developed within a very complex interaction between different peoples of different races and cultures

the Indian music is based on melody or single notes played in a given order, while the Western music is based on harmony: a group of notes
known as chords played together.

From very early days, music was considered a means of moral and spiritual redemption rather than mere entertainment. Indeed, the process of
learning to play music closely resembles traditional spiritual disciplines. According to Ravi Shankar, it contains three key elements:

1. The guru – coming in parampara (disciple succession)

2. Vinaya – humility (a key personal characteristic required in many spiritual disciplines)
3. Sadhana – regular and disciplined practice

Indian music includes varieties of folk,

Developed by this creative cult. Originally, the Bauls are nonconformist, who rejected the traditional social norms to form a distinct sect that
upheld music as their religion.

Lalon fakir(1774-1890) is said to be the greatest baul of our country who continued to compose

e
And sing song for decades.
er

What is a good poetry?

ULTIMATE GOAL OF POETRY

The ultimate goal pf poetry is to inspire and arouse the reader

To a highest level for better life .In spite of all social limitation and boundaries

Poetry still tells the truth.

e
Poetry always comes from the heart spontaneously.
Poetry cannot be made, poet is born.
er
Good poetry always conveys the naked truth and beauty of human mind
eh
and environment .
According to the critic Coleridge, prose is “words in their best order,” while poetry is “the best words in
their best order.

A good poem surprises your senses, shakes you awake, stirs your emotions, and startles your
imagination. Each poem is an act of discovery. Poetry helps us widen our vision and our hearts.

A good poem makes the ordinary and familiar seem extraordinary.
Michele Coppola, editor, Dutton Books.
A good poem must be well written with a concise and accurate use of language.
A good poem should be able to lift the reader out of the ordinary and give glimpses of a more illumining
reality. Good poetry is not an argument-it has no specific rules but convinces the
Reader through his use of words with emotional understanding of the word order or position.
The great poet write in such a way as if it is the best word order to express the beauty.
A good poem is a blind date with enchantment.
Above all, no matter what its subject matter,
it must possess perfect verbs and no superfluous
Words. It must be an antidote to indifference.
The acid test is that you want to read it time and
Time again, and not only to yourself. A good poem
Begs to be shared with others.

J.Patrick Lewis. Freedom Like Sunlight: Praise songs for Black Americans.

When I think of a good poem:

Many things come to mind but a few specifically: A good poem makes you feel like you’ve been there
before, or want to go. A good poem takes you to the city, to the sea, to the heart of any and all matters;
you see it, taste it, belong to it. A good poem is a menagerie of craft; a spinning of sound, word choice,
alliteration, rhythm and often rhyme. A good poem is the arrangement of enchantment, or as J. Patrick
Lewis says, a blind date with enchantment.

Rebecca Kai Dotlich. Lemonade Sun and Other Summer Poems.

A good poem is like medicine. It can be made up of almost anything, but only when its ingredients are put
together in the right proportions–neither too much nor too little—can it affect your life
.
Taking that medicine analogy even further, just a little dose of good poetry is sometimes all you need to
be helped and even healed.

Music therapy

A CREATIVE APPROACH TO HEAL MENTAL STRESS AND TENT ION

THROUGH MUSIC. Music is the first and last poetry of man, the rhythm of music and the rhythm of heart are not only
interconnected but complement each other all time.

So try to know and understand your basic rhythm of your heart.

The heartbeat is a form of musical rhythm, and if you have a musical ear, you can hear heart problems a lot easier.

"Many heart rhythm disturbances are stress-related, and you have cells misfiring. It is possible to redirect or retrain them with musical therapy.
Music was found to reduce heart rates and to promote higher body temperature - an indication of the onset of relaxation. Combining music with
relaxation therapy was more effective than doing relaxation therapy alone. Music is always good for health, if we hear actually from the core of
our heart. If we hear all time Melodious tune & also can visualize the

Melodious tune, we cannot be destructive, possessive and

Dominating .so be musical, be rhythmic .Slow musical tune helps us always to develop patience and concentration

Six important guidelines of music therapy which will help finally to reduce the stress of human mind through music:

1) To wash away stress, try taking a 20-minute "sound bath." Put some relaxing music on your stereo, and then lie in a comfortable position on a
couch or on the floor near the speakers. For a deeper experience, you can wear headphones to focus your attention and to avoid distraction.

2) Choose music with a slow rhythm - slower than the natural heart beat which is about 72 beats per minute. Music that has repeating or cyclical
pattern is found to be effective in most people

3 )As the music plays, allow it to wash over you, rinsing off the stress from the day. Focus on your breathing, letting it deepen, slow and become
regular. Concentrate on the silence between the notes in the music; this keeps you from analyzing the music and makes relaxation more complete.

4) f you need a stimulation after a day of work, go for a faster music rather than slow calming music. Dancing is most effective for sound body
and mind.

5) Take walks with your favorite music playing on the walkman. Inhale and exhale in tune with the music. Let the music takes you. This is a great
stress reliever by combining exercise (brisk walk), imagery and music.

e
6) Listening to the sounds of nature, such as ocean waves or the calm of a deep forest, can reduce stress. Try taking a 15- to 20-minute walk if
er
you're near the seashore or a quiet patch of woods. If not, you can buy tapes of these sounds in many music stores. Finally
Indian
Classical music (various ragas) & Baul songs already has been proved as effective tools to
reduce tension and stresses of human mind to a maximum extent.

Strategy and objectives of human resource

What is Human Resource Management?

Human resource management is basically managing people in the organization, training upgrading

grievance handling to reach the summit or the highest goal of the organization

In tune with the objectives of the organization.

HRM is nothing but a personnel management in a sense getting the works done

by the people and at the same time managing and upgrading the people

keeping in mind the objectives of the company.

Now a days each and every industry ,service sector whatever may be,

Thinks it very use full to establish a special division to provide an expert

Service dedicated to ensure maximum productivity through efficient functioning of

Human resource. The main resource is people or the work force, but they are not only employee

They are the valuable contributors of the of the organization, it’s better to regard them

as assets of the organization, but so far the experiences are concerned they are not rated

Correctly or rated very poorly.

In maximum organization

People/workforce-

Remain under valued

Under trained -or very poorly trained

Underutilized-

Badly motivated- or very low level of motivation

And as a result exposure of performance is much below

e
Their true capability.

er
The business strategy must keep pace with the global changes taking place much faster than the past in the sphere of HRM, IT, service sector
as well as in the society as a whole
eh
So with a view to materialize the successful business strategy, we have to manages the changes and absorb. Planning of man power is an
important element of business strategy, in a sense putting right people in right place to properly deliver business strategy.
us

If we fail to craft business strategy carefully finally it will lead to failure in business process itself.

Talent management is another important element of business strategy.

tm

According to peter drucker industrial economy has shifted to knowledge economy industry

As because manual workers are gradually disappearing from the world scenario.

Knowledge workers are the forerunners of industrial civilization. So it is necessary to

regard the work force as knowledge force and upgrading the knowledge content to a

highest level in tune with the objective of the company.

Developing the talent of the executives is an urgent necessary work to remain competitive,

So competency developing progamme must be seriously viewed by the HRM department.

Following steps are very important as well as for individual and for the organization too for

a sustained productive growth.

1 proper manpower planning

2 training and development of knowledge workers

3 transform the manager in to a leader

4 transfer the data in to information

5 View the work force as knowledge force

6 competency development program

7 creating human resource leaders team

7 corporate meditations
