Reclaiming your inner healer.

Now settle into your body and


take a deep breath. Allowing yourself to be open and relaxed. Breathing in and
breathing out. Feeling yourself opening. In this meditation, I invite you to
connect to the area around your heart. Now breathe into your heart, allowing
the energy around your heart to expand. Connecting to the intelligence
of your heart. Inside your body,
you have everything you need to create a healing experience for
yourself. Part of reclaiming the inner
healer is honoring your innate, powerful resource for healing. Your body knows
exactly what to do. There is a healing physiology
that is within you. In this moment, simply relax, allowing yourself to
connect with the physiology that comes with healing,
relaxing and making art. This is the physiology and where we begin
to counteract the stresses in our lives. Now we begin to simply breathe and relax.
Beautiful. Feel yourself centering. The healer within resides within you. Imagine
the energy within you,
optimizing, flowing naturally. You are strong,
you are capable of healing yourself. Your physiology knows exactly
what to do and how to do it. Honoring your pathway and your process, that whatever
emerges in this
healing with the arts class is exactly what you need
to be working with to heal. When you're ready,
allowing whatever emerges that grabs your attention to be and
be with it. Giving it your complete presence. Allowing the healing energy to flow
through every creative act you do. This is your intention. To use your creative
process
as a modality to heal. Your body knows exactly what to do. You are an artist and
you are a healer. So be it.
